Steve was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. He and his wife Karen raised two beautiful daughters in the Wallburg community of Davidson County. They attended Shady Grove United Methodist Church where Steve played bass guitar with the Praise Band for 10 years and also lead the Youth Praise Band.
After 24 years as a Plastic Process Engineer and a Master Molder, Steve recently retired from TE Connectivity located in Greensboro, NC. Over the course of his career, Steve learned and practiced a culture of CUSTOMER DELIGHT. This means looking at everyone you have contact with as a customer and striving to exceed their expectations in the service you provide. That’s what he’s about and how he wants you to remember him as an individual.
Steve’s family purchased a house on Oak Island in 2014 as weekenders and soon fell in love with everything about the area. In recent years, he was personally involved in the sale of 5 houses and 2 farms of his own, and he also built a house. He enjoyed the process so much he decided to become a real estate agent in October of 2016 and finally moved to Oak Island in December of 2017 to achieve his dream. He looks forward to providing you with a delightful experience in your next real estate transaction.
